Bailey is a psychologist who specialises in working with mothers. She is passionate about redefining what a ‘good mother’ looks like and helping women to navigate modern motherhood without the guilt and the angst that holds many women back from living their ‘best life’. She is a mother of five young children and takes a pragmatic approach to working with other women, sharing more than just her theoretical knowledge but also tips and strategies from her own life experience.
Bailey is particularly interested in offering practical solutions to women who wish to advance their careers in the professional services by offering individualised maternity leave planning and a supported return to work.
She is available to speak on a range of areas including all areas of psychology as it relates to women’s mental health, the difficulties faced by women who juggle and balance and gender inequality in professional services.
