Carol Fox

For nearly three decades, Carol has worked with thousands of people in her roles as an Executive Coach, University Lecturer, Conference Speaker and Facilitator in the Personal & Professional Development Industry collaborating with all levels of Sport, Government, Not for Profit and Corporate Clients teaching concepts from her bestselling book – “Confident Communication for Leaders”.

Carol has a rich sporting background including national level representation. She has succeeded in three sports, numerous coaching roles as well as board and committee positions. Carol’s career includes roles as a State Sport Executive Director and a university lecturer with Victoria University in the Human Movement and Sport Administration Degrees.
As president of Women Sport Australia, her latest achievements include being a Baton Bearer for the 2018 Commonwealth Games Queens Baton Relay in acknowledgement of her pioneering work for women in sport.

Carol is available to speak on a number of topics including anything to do with being a more confident communicator. She also enjoys teaching Secrets of Public Speaking, How emails are a great way to build rapport ( and to lose it!), and can share her story to inspire younger women to be courageous in their life. 

She particularly enjoys being an MC when the role calls for someone to look after the audience and ensure they have fun whilst creating a space for the speakers to share their wisdom. As a panel convenor Carol has the ability to ensure that the panelists are comfortable and connect their stories  to the audience.
