Cassandra Heilbronn

Cassandra is a lawyer practising in sports and insurance.  She is the immediate Past President of Women Lawyers Association of Queensland and is a feature on Australia’s speaker circuit.

She is a believer that your history does not define your circumstances and aims to motivate the younger generation through the sharing of her story growing up in Bundaberg and working her way to practising in a top tier law firm.  Her recent achievements include being named Top 20 under 40 in the 2017 Queensland Business Monthly list, and has a number of awards and recognition to her name including the Women’s Agenda Emerging Leader in the Legal Profession in 2016.

Cassandra’s regular speaking events include MCing the Annual 400co Summer/Spring Season Launch, the Money in Sport Conference at the Gold Coast, the Biannual Australian Women Lawyers Conference and monthly presentations for various businesses on addressing gender initiatives in sport and also in law, with a particular interest on discrimination, pay disputes and mentoring. 

She is available to speak on a range of areas, including all areas of law relating to her practice, her biography, setting up effective mentoring programs, using social media to grow your professional profile, making an influence in society and workplaces and MC for all corporate events.
