Danielle Cerantonio

Danielle is a registered psychologist, a coach, and a mum of 3 busy little people.  She has a Master’s Degree in Organisational Psychology, and has over 10 years professional experience in this field.

She has specialist experience in return to work coaching, parental leave coaching, leadership coaching, resilience training, occupational rehabilitation (complex psychological injuries), and use of psychometric assessments to enhance people and business performance.  Since launching her business in 2016, Danielle’s focus is on assisting mothers to harness the talents naturally arising from birthing and parenting and to use them to create holistic and fulfilling lives.  Her coaching aims to empower parents to return to work feeling confident, resilient, and with clarity on their strengths, values, and life purpose.

Throughout Danielle’s career she has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals across a wide range of industries. Some organisations she has worked with include ANZ, Telstra, BHP Billiton, BP, Department of Veteran’s Affairs, NAB, Pacific Group of Companies, Treasury Wine Estates, and many Government Departments.

Danielle’s coaching programs draw from evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Narrative Coaching, and Mindfulness.  She utilises these frameworks in a way that is relevant, practical, and meaningful and is what makes her speaking so powerful.

Danielle is able to speak on a range of topics associated with the practical application of psychology to enhance wellbeing and performance at work. Examples including strengths based coaching and development, building resilience, thriving under pressure and stress, showing emotional courage, showing compassion at work, understanding and motivating others, and building genuine confidence. Danielle is also able to speak on a range of topics associated with parental leave, supporting and coaching new working parents, and perinatal mental health.
