Elinor Moshe

Elinor is an upcoming leader in the construction industry, and is currently working as a Contracts Administrator for Cockram Construction. Her diverse experience on project delivery includes fit out and new build in complex environments for government and private clients. She was recently profiled on TSR Property Solution’s Top 100 Women in Construction initiative. 

Elinor is actively involved in mentoring peers and demonstrating the viable and rewarding career construction is for women. She continuously endeavours to give back to the industry, and was an active council member for NAWIC for multiple years. Always ready to share her story to future talent, Elinor has been the keynote speaker for industry events and graduate fairs on multiple occasions. Elinor is also a mentor for The Jam Project, an initiative of the NCJWA that supports Year 9 girls. She is dedicated to empowering young people on their journey to success.

She is equally passionate about creating opportunities that allow people to access knowledge and skills for growth, and strongly values the importance of being on a continuous development journey. This led her to be a co-founder of Workshop&, a skill building platform empowering people for a modern career and life.

Elinor is available to speak on a range of topics pertaining to her career in construction, including work on commercial projects, engagement with young professionals, and conversations relating to women in construction. As someone with a side-hustle, she is also able to speak on the challenges and opportunities that come with it.
