Fiona Craig

Fiona is a full of life Scottish-Aussie and former Corporate lawyer who thrives on connecting people in business and inspiring professional women to build brilliance in their career and life.

Featured in the SMH, Women’s Fitness, Smart Company, Marie Claire, Women’s Agenda and The Huffington Post, Fiona is a sought-after speaker, trainer and coach with a passion for helping professionals build strong communication, influencing and networking skills to enhance their career success.

Having moved to Australia knowing no-one, she has built a thriving and valuable network from scratch in 3 states. She is the founder of SmartWomen Connect, an events based membership community of professional women, which she founded to solve the problem she kept encountering in her coaching work – women not knowing how or being reluctant to network. The events are practical, useful, inspiring and fun and far from networking being an activity to dread, women look forward to attending!

Fiona uses facts, figures, stories and humour to deliver keynotes that are regularly described as inspiring, engaging, fun and energetic. She draws on her experience in professional services and coaching, as well as her personal tale of resilience dealing with Stage 3 breast cancer at age 42, to create a relatable and meaningful experience for the audience.

What really sets Fiona apart is her ability to get the room interacting and networking with each other, creating a positive energy that sets the tone for great learning, connection and action.

Fiona’s topics include networking, linkedin for professionals, communication and influencing, confidence building and resilience.
