Glin Bayley

Glin is a Writer, Coach and Speaker obsessed with helping people discover and unwrap The Gift of You.  With all the confusing messages we receive on who we should be and what we should be doing, it’s harder now than ever to know who we truly are and our purpose in life.

Glin sees the need to connect us to our truth so we don’t lose the unique gifts that each of us bring to the world.  Having navigated her own journey of self-discovery, Glin’s raw and truthful insights, will lead you to follow your HEART and find what you seek is simply within you.  An accomplished Head of Finance and Strategy, with a career spanning over 16 yrs in blue chip companies such as Coca Cola, General Electric, and Associated British Foods (a £13bn turnover conglomerate, with brands including Twining’s Tea and Tip Top Bread).

Glin challenges the status quo in all she does and creates turn-around environments for individuals and teams.  Discovering and unwrapping The Gift of You will ultimately raise your personal and professional performance. Glin’s vision is to create a community empowered by their truth to live a life to their true potential.

As a holistic performance coach, C-suite advisor and [team] facilitator, Glin loves helping executives to consciously lead purpose driven growth and strategically transform their challenges into truly sustainable performance and profits, whether for their organisation or their career.

With over 16 years in commercial finance at some of the world’s leading blue-chip companies, she is especially passionate about helping professionals transition beyond traditional, functional roles and move into the future by:

  • Closing gaps and managing risk through an abundance mindset;
  • Communicating a vision that uplifts and unifies teams to invest in a shared mission;
  • Connecting at all levels to foster unity and unlock the organisation’s unique value; and
  • Creating turnaround environments for individuals and teams.

Her proprietary HEARTSM-centred framework reflects her belief that change leadership starts with self-leadership.  That empowering leadership teams to connect to their hearts as much as their heads while making commercial decisions not only will result in more fiscally viable businesses, but happier and healthier teams.

She is available to speak on a number of areas including what it means to be a conscious CFO, change leadership, the power of purpose, resilience, motivation and performance.
