Jilinda Lee

Jilinda is the founder and Director of Vital Leaders, founder of ElevateHER Leadership Community, and Coordinator of the ElevateHER FNQ Lean In Chapter.  She is an experienced leader, change champion, and passionate influencer on all things leadership and diversity related.

Jilinda’s curiosity with leadership started as a child, searching for the right role models.  She discovered early in life the difference between good, bad, and manipulative leadership, which led to a strong desire to understand motivation behind human behaviour.  Her research and exploration led to high level qualifications, including Masters in Management – MMgt, and internationally recognised Chartered Manager – CMI [UK]; complimented by behaviour analysis and coaching accreditations.

Jilinda enjoys combining her two great passions, to present on the need for more women in leadership.  Known for her vibrant personality, she delivers lively, straight-shooting talks, using meaningful personal stories and practical frameworks, to inspire others to be the change; be the dynamic leaders the world so desperately needs.

In addition to writing articles and contributing to national industry magazines, in recent years, she has spoken at industry forums, business conferences, network groups, and women’s celebration events.
