Mary Konstantopolous

Mary graduated from the University of Sydney in 2012 with a Bachelors Degree in Law and International Studies. She spent 5 years in the corporate team at Clayton Utz before moving in house to nbn.

Whilst at Clayton Utz, Mary started a media company, called ‘Ladies who’ which encourages women to get involved in conversations about sport through various spin-offs including ‘Ladies who League’, ‘Ladies who Legspin’, ‘Ladies who Lineout’, ‘Ladies who W-League’ and ‘Ladies who Leap’. Through various forms of media, Mary reaches over 1 million eyes and ears every single month.

Mary is recognised as an advocate for women in sport and writes for several major publications including NRL.com and the Roar. Her weekly podcast (‘Ladies who League’ in the winter and ‘Ladies who Legspin’ in the summer) is also part of the ABC Grandstand family.

Over the last five years, Mary has developed strong relationships across Australian sport and has a genuine joy in promoting the positive work that sport does in our communities.  Mary is passionate about diversity, is a Secretary and Director of the LBW Trust and an ambassador for the Full Stop Foundation.

Mary can speak in an authentic and genuine way about topics close to her heart like sport (particularly women’s sport), female empowerment and gender equality.
