Renae Smith

Renae is the Founder & Director of PR Agency, The Atticism, a 2017 finalist for Best PR Employer and regular feature in HR and Business Guides for their approach to staff satisfaction and work/life balance. Renae is an expert on brand development and business management and has appeared on many business related panel discussions. Renae is also a business writer for MYOB, covering hospitality, small business and entrepreneurial subjects.

As well as her business career, Renae is also an experienced MC and Host, hosting live demonstrations, web-events, media events and event co-hosting Studio 10 in Australia.

Renae is a domestic violence survivor and has been featured in New Idea (Aus). She is also a finalist from the 2014 season of Masterchef Australia and now cooks vegetarian food around the world and appears on panel discussions supporting the hospitality industry.

As the founder of the 20 hour work week, Renae speaks about the importance of work/life balance, staff satisfaction and customer engagement.  Renae is also a PR and marketing guru and also speaks regularly about the importance of brand consistency, brand collaborations, trend predicting, customer service and marketing for small businesses, restaurants and entrepreneurs.

She is also available to speak about vegetarian food education.  Renae has discussed the importance of plant based cuisine in India, South Africa and Australia and is regularly consulted to speak to those looking to make more educated decisions when it comes to what they eat.  Basing her talks more off ‘real life’ situations rather than diet and nutrition, Renae has been called the ‘easy going vegetarian’ as she offers ideas, rather than rules.  Renae is a qualified counsellor and NLP coach.
